There are a lot of studies and articles on high performing teams. Teams that work together to achieve common goals, that support each other, have clear goals and responsibilities and where communication is frequent and effective. These are the teams that people aspire to work in. As a consultant you may be fortunate enough to join one of these teams or even have the opportunity to establish one. On the other hand you may join a dysfunctional team or even be set up to fail. In this session we will look at the tell tale signs that everything is not right and strategies you can adopt so you can learn, grow and benefit from the situation.
